Service Description
If the Scouting Trip Concierge gives you structure, the Premium Plan gives you backup. You’ll get everything in the Scouting Plan — the custom itinerary, scorecard, introductions, and follow-up call — plus three months of email support while you digest and act on what you’ve learned. You’ll also get a second mini-itinerary to compare another town, region, or even another country, because sometimes you don’t realize you need a Plan B until you’re already on the ground. Add in priority scheduling and ongoing input from me, and you’ll feel like you’ve got a strategist in your corner from the first cappuccino to the final lease signing. 👉 Best if you’re weighing multiple destinations or just want steady guidance instead of a one-off plan.
Cancellation Policy
To ensure a smooth scheduling process for all clients, cancellations and rescheduling require at least 24 hours’ notice. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so in advance to allow for adjustments. Missed appointments and cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time are subject to a 50% fee, which will be credited toward your next session if you choose to rebook.
